We have been working with OSIM Interactive since 1997. At the time they were looking after our only website www.ontariolacrosse.com. Since then we have added two more www.ontariolacrossefestival.com & www.ontariolacrossemagazine.com and are working on a fourth.
It was an easy decision to expand with OSIM because of their customer service. Whenever something came up or if I had any questions someone is always available to help me. Knowing that someone is always there is a big relief when our website is such a crucial tool for communicating with our members.
My experiences with OSIM have been terrific. They are always showing me new ideas that could improve our websites. When we decide to update something they always take the time to show me in person how to use it. I find the personal touch very impressive when so many other groups prefer to do things over the phone or through online sessions. OSIM Interactive has been great for us since day one. They take care of everything and make it incredibly easy for me to operate. I would recommend their services to everyone; you won’t be disappointed.
