Client Objective:
The web site has been built so that The Clark Companies can promote their companies, attract new business, and provide customer service to current clients and to communicate to the public.
The OSIM Solution:
One of the unique challenges with this project was to allow the Clark Companies to update all of their web site's through one administration area, rather than having to login to multiple systems to make changes. The greatest advantage for the Clark Companies of the customizable OSIM CMS is that we were able to create a solution for them to allow them to share files, documents and designs layouts between all of their web sites. Just as importantly the OSIM CMS makes it very easy to add a new site to the system at any time. This saves time, makes updating more efficient and allows for a lot of flexibility for sharing documents, images and content.
Using the Grain Pricing system, Clark Agriservice Staff keep clients updated daily on closing prices, pricing changes and using the advanced administration system easily update the web site and send an email to all registered users using a single screen and one click.
Successful Outcome:
For over 10 years OSIM has been partnered with The Clark Companies on their web site as it has grown and evolved along with the company. The information on the site is updated by Clark's staff and this allows for customized details to be posted as needed whether they are in the office or working remotely.
